The $689 million Royal Hobart Hospital (RHH) Redevelopment project has taken another step forward with the announcement of four more tenders for construction works.
The calls for tenders was made under the Hodgman Liberal Government’s Buy Local Policy which prioritises the participation of local Tasmanian businesses and tradesmen.
The four new tenders opened include works such as external glazing and aluminium louvres, temporary scaffolding, structural steelwork and external cladding.
More tender opportunities will be released in the coming days.
Construction is currently on-going and the project is expected to be completed in late 2018.
Local Tasmanian businesses and subcontractors are encouraged to register their interests through the ICN gateway.
