The Sunshine Coast Council has green-lighted the development of Sekisui House’s $900 million Yaroomba Beach project on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. The development approval was given after some alterations were made to the project masterplan that was designed by architecture firm Hassell.

“Sunshine Coast Council officers undertook a rigorous assessment of our application and Councillors supported their recommendation that the application be approved,” Yaroomba Beach Project Director Evan Aldridge said.
