Lang Walker adds $320m Tower to its Parramatta Square line up

Lang Walker of Walker Corporation has won the contract to develop the final tower in western Sydney's Parramatta Square, 3 Parramatta Square worth $320m.

The $320m 16-storey office tower covers 35,000sqm and will have some of the largest floorplates across the precinct.

Walker has $2b worth of projects underway at Parramata Square, including twin commercial towers and the residential Aspire Tower.  

The latest addition to the company's line up makes it one of the biggest players in Australia's largest urban transformational project.

The A-Grade office tower is expected to achieve at least a 5 Star Green Star rating and NABERS rating certification. 

Architecture firm Johnson Pilton Walker took out an international compeition to score the design deal and are charged with ensuring the building responds to the city's rapdily developing CBD and caters to a range of tennats. 

The appointment for the final building comes just a week after Walker lodged its plans for two A-grade buildings in the precinct with a combined net lettable area of 110,000sqm.
