Local builder Ceerose has been awarded a contract to build Zone Q’s - a Chinese developer - $155 million residential development located in Sydney’s Milsons Point. Major construction works on the 63-apartment project is expected to commence later this month.
The project - named Aqualuna - was designed by Koichi Takada and is located within a two-minute walk from Milsons Point train station and has direct access to Chatswood, the Sydney CBD, Milsons Point ferry terminal and North Sydney’s CBD.
The development will comprise of one, two and three bedroom apartments and penthouse units.

Approximately 85 per cent of the apartments have already been sold prior to construction.
The residential development is expected to be completed by the first quarter of 2020, with demolition works already underway.
“We know owners will appreciate the superior craftsmanship of the development,” Zone Q Investments Andrew Wilkinson said.
