After unveiling its first land release earlier this year Dahua Group Australia begins construction on the $1b New Breeze at Bardia located in Sydney's south-west

New Breeze is the largest master-planned community in the Edmondson Park area, spanning 89ha and comprising 1,280 new homes varying in size and budget.

The development will include large high-quality parks and playgrounds, a sports oval, bike and cycle paths and 40ha of open spaces for recreational activities.

It’s in the middle of Sydney South West’s Growth Centre and just 45 minutes from the CBD.

The project will integrate and complement its existing surroundings including the new Edmondson Park Train Station and planned multi-million dollar shopping centre and Edmondson Park town centre.

Civil contractor TRN Group was awarded the contract for civil infrastructure and subdivision works for the first 360 lots.

TRN Group will construct the new McDonald Road which will connect the existing McDonald Road to the south with Campbelltown Road and the town centre to the north

New Breeze will create hundreds of jobs for local businesses before, during and after construction in an area that is already flourishing. Multi-million dollar investment in transport (bus and rail), health, education and community infrastructure is planned to support the South West growth.

It is definitely a good time to be working in South West Sydney! Stay tuned to avoid missing out.
