Slattery Asset Advisory and Slattery Auctions and Valuations is a proudly independent, family run business.  We are the leading provider of premium asset advisory and remarketing services in Australia and Asia Pacific.

We have been engaged by the Deed Administrator to undertake a multi-channel realisation strategy for a range of plant and equipment previously owned and operated by National Plant and Equipment and National Plant Services.  The assets have been utilised and operated in the mining and civil industries.

We are offering the plant and equipment for sale ranges from large excavators such as the Hitachi EX-8000-6, through to medium sized excavators, rigid dump trucks, water carts, wheel loaders and service trucks.

The assets will be offered to the market via combined sales strategy which will include:

  2. an online auction; and
  3. multiple hybrid (online and traditional) at our various locations.

A range of service trucks, wheel loaders, dozers and water carts will be offered as part of our regular Truck and Machinery auctions.  These auctions will be held on the following dates:

  • Midvale, WA: 7th of December 2016
  • Stafford QLD: 13th of December 2016
  • Hexham, NSW: 14th of December 2016

In order to provide complete transparency on the assets we have engaged external specialists to undertake oil sample testing on all of the medium and large assets being offered for sale.  We have also independently verified the machine hours on each of the machines to provide prospective purchasers with additional comfort.

These reports are available and accompany the detailed descriptions of each asset.

All of the assets have been inspected by our qualified team of valuers and sales team and if you have any questions in relation to their condition which cannot be ascertained by the detailed descriptions and accompanying photographs we would be more than happy to answer any queries.

If you like to coordinate a physical inspection of the asset we would be more than willing to assist you or your team in undertaking this process.

A number of the assets are currently contracted to particular mine sites and are generating ongoing cash flow.  Successful parties will be free to negotiate ongoing supply arrangements with individual operators once they have completed the purchase of these specific assets.

If you have any questions in relation to the above matter, please feel free to either visit our website at www.slatteryauctions.com.au or call Paddy Slattery on 0412 402 264.
