Supercharging the Felix platform: it’s time for AI

At Felix, we’re entering a transformative chapter in our product journey, and we’re excited to share early insights into a major investment area now underway. We’re officially accelerating AI capabilities within the Felix platform – bringing new levels of intelligence to our Vendor Management and Sourcing modules.

AI isn’t a distant vision. Our users are already embracing it whether personally or professionally, and they want software to be smarter and faster. And because our Vendor Management and Sourcing modules are the beating heart of the Felix platform, they’re the first areas we’re exploring at infusing with AI.

The opportunity is huge: customers across all industries are experiencing time-intensive steps in assessing vendors and bid analysis. These challenges slow down decision-making and drain operational velocity. With AI, Felix is changing that.

Intelligence without silos

While some software solutions are experimenting with AI for bid analysis – they lack the crucial connection to vendor management. That’s where Felix is different. We’re building intelligence that brings vendor management and sourcing together to shape a smarter, more AI-enabled future.

Where AI meets impact

Delivering real customer value requires real customer context. To ensure we deliver meaningful value, we’ve started partnering with customers for discovery, experiments and testing. We’re not simply releasing AI in Felix for the sake of it – we’re taking the time to deeply understand industry problems so that what we built is trusted, relevant and useful in the real world.

And the goal is simple: dramatically reduce effort while elevating the quality of and speed of decision-making.

If you would like to be part of this collaboration, there’s still time to get involved. Reach out to your Felix Customer Success Manager to start the conversation.

Empowering with AI-driven insight

AI in Felix is not replacing human judgement – it’s elevating it. And we’re excited to bring these emerging capabilities into the Felix platform so users can uncover insights faster than traditional methods.

Procurement is evolving fast, and by accelerating AI innovation now, we’re ensuring Felix continues to lead with solutions that help customers move faster, decide smarter, and stay ahead.

Why your ERP is costing you more than you think: the case for purpose-built vendor management

Vendor management is mission-critical – so why are so many organisations trying to run it through a system that wasn't built for it?

How to manage procurement risk across the supplier lifecycle

Procurement risk management is no longer a one-time onboarding task. In asset and capital-intensive industries, supplier risk shifts constantly as vendors move from planning through to delivery and renewal. When procurement is managed across spreadsheets, emails, and disconnected systems, visibility breaks down, data becomes outdated, and risk is harder to manage.

A lifecycle approach allows you to connect vendor onboarding, procurement planning, sourcing, and performance. This way, teams can strengthen their procurement risk management while supporting broader supply chain risk management and third-party risk management objectives.
