Getting started with Felix 

Depending on the complexity and requirements of your project, we offer two methods of implementation: rapid implementation and tailored project delivery.  

Rapid implementation is suited to SMEs with pre-existing procurement processes and is handled by our customer success team.  

The tailored option is handled by our Project Delivery specialists who can also advise on the best way to transfer your existing setup into the Felix platform.

Felix provides standard support services for contractor and vendor users of the platform. Our Support team are available 12 hours/day, 5 days/week via live chat (when logged into the platform), email and phone.
