Overview

Low-quality suppliers create additional risk. High-quality suppliers bring opportunity.

The "Building in the dark" report aims to shed light on the risks, visible and hidden, within the construction supply chain.

The ultimate goal is to assist with not only building back, but building back better, and increasing organisational resilience going forward.

It's on the learnings from this journey that our research partner Leah will present in this webinar hosted by Felix CEO Mike Davis. Key themes:

  • What the supply chain is and what it looks like in real terms
  • Supply chain risk and how it is evolving
  • Industry attitudes towards this risk
  • How the industry is managing this risk
  • How efficiently this management is undertaken
  • What improvements are possible for the benefit of all
