We’re thrilled to share a major milestone in the Felix journey.

Felix has officially acquired Nexvia, a leading project management SaaS solution tailored for SME’s in the construction industry. This strategic acquisition marks a significant step forward in our mission to deliver a more holistic and integrated solution for the construction supply chain.

Why Nexvia?

Nexvia is a powerful, project management and construction management software that simplifies processes and connects teams all-in-one platform.

Its comprehensive features include:

  • Smart tendering and estimation tools
  • Budget tracking and forecasting
  • Project management
  • Live on-site management
  • Inventory libraries for material management

By bringing Nexvia into the Felix ecosystem, we’re combining our strengths to create a more seamless, end-to-end experience for all of our customers - boosting productivity, collaboration, and project visibility across teams and partners.

Fuelling growth with a $16M capital raise

To support this acquisition and further accelerate our product roadmap, Felix has also raised A$16 million. This funding will be used to:

  • Support the smooth integration of Nexvia
  • Invest in our core enterprise solution
  • Expand our capabilities to solve more of the industry's biggest challenges

This investment allows us to move faster, build smarter, and deliver even more value to our customers.

Looking ahead

We’re incredibly excited about what’s next. The acquisition of Nexvia and the capital raise both represent a bold step toward our vision of building a better way.

Thank you to our customers, partners, and team for being part of the journey. We’re just getting started.

"Our journey with Felix started with a conversation in November and evolved naturally. Both teams could see the same opportunity without forcing it. Felix’s vision and capability will take Nexvia to the next level."
– Robert Rowe, Nexvia Founder and Director

"We’re thrilled to welcome Nexvia into the Felix Group. We have been thoroughly impressed with the value Nexvia delivers to its customers - and are very excited to invest in the platform and resources to amplify the value proposition to Nexvia customers moving forward."
– Mike Davis, Felix Co-Founder and CEO

Why your ERP is costing you more than you think: the case for purpose-built vendor management

Vendor management is mission-critical – so why are so many organisations trying to run it through a system that wasn't built for it?

How to manage procurement risk across the supplier lifecycle

Procurement risk management is no longer a one-time onboarding task. In asset and capital-intensive industries, supplier risk shifts constantly as vendors move from planning through to delivery and renewal. When procurement is managed across spreadsheets, emails, and disconnected systems, visibility breaks down, data becomes outdated, and risk is harder to manage.

A lifecycle approach allows you to connect vendor onboarding, procurement planning, sourcing, and performance. This way, teams can strengthen their procurement risk management while supporting broader supply chain risk management and third-party risk management objectives.
