2025 in review: Milestones, insights and achievements

Dan Wilson   |   December 8, 2025

2025 – a year of that brought meaningful developments for Felix as we continue to address the evolving needs of organisations navigating complex supply-chain environments.

Across the business, teams worked to deliver improvements that matter – from deeper product functionality to initiatives aimed at supporting customers more effectively.

This year in review brings together the standout moments, insights and accomplishments that shaped our journey and contributed to our progress.

Let’s take a look at our year:

Nexvia acquisition and capital raise to drive next phase of growth

Felix acquired Nexvia in October, a leading project and business management SaaS solution tailored to project-led SME’s in construction and related industries. This strategic acquisition marks a significant step forward in our mission to deliver a more holistic and integrated solution for the construction supply chain.

To support this acquisition and further accelerate our product roadmap, Felix has also raised additional funds to be put toward:

  • Acquisition considerations and integration costs
  • Invest in our core enterprise solution
  • Organic growth initiatives, such as expanding the capabilities of the Contracts module, as well as sales and marketing investment to support the conversion of international pipeline opportunities in new regions
  • Additional working capital for the organisation

This investment allows us to move faster, build smarter, and deliver even more value to our customers.

Out and about: Felix on the events circuit

It was a big year on the road for the Felix team, with plenty of travel and face-to-face conversations. We exhibited at multiple industry events, engaging new prospects in meaningful discussions while reconnecting with valued clients along the way. You may have spotted us at:

  • Procurement Strategy Summit (March) – an event that explored best practices within procurement processes. Felix sponsored the coffee cart and served up “strong coffee, and stronger vendor management and procurement.”
  • Future of Construction Summit (May) – a two-day forum for advancing productivity, technology and collaboration in construction. Our colourful merch and giveaways turned heads and sparked conversations.
  • FCON-Tech (Oct) – spotlighting the latest in construction tech, and a perfect stage for Felix to shine.
  • Procurement Strategy Summit (Oct) – where our own Liam Gill, Account Executive, took the stage to discuss why effective prequalification is the cornerstone of a strong preconstruction strategy – and how Felix helps make it happen.

The new partnership with Pronto Software (read more about that below) saw Felix take part in Pronto Live events in Melbourne, Adelaide and Sydney – showcasing the platform and the new integration to Pronto Software customers, sales representatives, resellers and other key stakeholders.

Client voices

In 2025, we placed a stronger focus on capturing our clients’ stories. Through fresh testimonials and case studies, we gained deeper insight into the hurdles they experienced prior to Felix and the impact our solution has had on their operations.

Product improvements

We hosted a Product Showcase Webinar in February, highlighting the recent Felix releases and providing a sneak peek of what was on the roadmap for the year ahead. These webinars are a great opportunity for users to meet the team behind Felix and hear about what’s new alongside in-platform demonstrations. You can view the webinar recap here.

For 2025, we successfully completed 14 client implementations, while our product and technology teams delivered a series of significant enhancements across the platform.

Highlights include:

  • Internally Managed Profiles – Enables teams to add vendors directly into Felix without requiring full onboarding. Watch the demo video here. (Vendor Management module)
  • New API endpoints for Contracts and Contract Key Dates –Enhances the integration and reporting capabilities for Contract Management users. (Felix API customers)
  • Improved vendor discovery in the marketplace – Sometimes business name, ABN and key contact information isn’t enough to ensure you’re inviting the best vendor account. Users now have additional detail to ensure they select the correct vendor profile. (Vendor Management module)
  • Vendor invite domain matching – Allows vendors to route all Felix onboarding invites to a single account, reducing duplicate profiles for organisations with the same email domain. (For vendors)
  • Multi-language support for vendors – Vendors can now use Felix in their preferred language, with Indonesian and Spanish available as the first supported languages. (For vendors)
  • Enhanced quote coverage visibility in Procurement Schedule – Offers more flexibility by allowing users to toggle status colours based on quote responses or approval status. (Procurement Schedule)

And that’s not all – visit our Release Notes for the full list of product updates delivered in 2025.

Platform growth

As organisations continue to invest in their procurement function, our platform has seen significant developments in 2025. These statistics reflect the ongoing collaboration with our clients and the enhancements we’ve implemented:

Partnerships

2025 saw Felix become a proud Pronto Software Solution Partner. Pronto Software is the developer of Pronto Xi, a leading Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform that helps organisations manage essential business functions – from finance to supply chain, and asset and facilities management.

Our partnership was driven by increasing demand from Pronto Xi users for a dedicated vendor management solution. Through this collaboration, Felix now serves as the front-end vendor management layer to Pronto Xi, giving customers the ability to cleanse, enrich and maintain an accurate vendor database, with vendors owning and updating their own information. With a core integration in place, Pronto Xi customers gain the ability to capture crucial supply chain data related to compliance, health and safety, local content, ESG, and more.

Mike Davis, CEO and Founder, departs Felix

After 13 years at the helm, Mike Davis – CEO and Founder of Felix – stepped aside in October. This transition paves the way for a Brisbane-based CEO to guide Felix through an important period of growth and transformation, with recruitment for the position currently underway at the time of writing.

Mike, we extend our heartfelt thanks for your dedication, vision and leadership. You’ve shaped every evolution of Felix (and PlantMiner before it) and played a pivotal role in building the company we are today. You will be greatly missed.
